Help us comply with the Ontario Municipal Act by supplying the information below OR including it in the message with your e-transfer:
- Your full legal name.
- Your residential address, including your Postal Code.
- Your personal email address.
- Confirmation that the contribution is from your personal funds.
- If you’re sending from a joint account, please confirm the name of the individual making the contribution.
